About This Project

This Sentosa Cove penthouse demanded nothing less than the finest materials and craftsmanship for discerning homeowners who entertain frequently and appreciate the finer things in life. Every design decision was made with an eye toward creating spaces that feel both impressive and intimately comfortable. Italian Calacatta marble with dramatic grey veining flows through the main living and dining areas, creating a sense of seamless luxury. We commissioned bespoke furniture pieces from a renowned Milan-based atelier, including a curved sectional sofa in supple cream leather and a twelve-seat dining table crafted from a single slab of aged walnut. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning waterfront views, with motorized sheer curtains that can be controlled alongside the lighting and climate through an integrated smart home system. The master suite occupies the entire upper level, featuring a walk-in wardrobe with custom millwork, a spa-like bathroom with a freestanding marble tub overlooking the marina, and a private terrace for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Throughout the residence, curated art pieces from the owners' collection are highlighted with museum-quality lighting, transforming the home into a personal gallery.
