About This Project

This compact 3-room BTO proves that small spaces can feel luxurious with thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail. The homeowner, a young professional with a passion for clean aesthetics, wanted every element to serve a purpose while maintaining an uncluttered, gallery-like atmosphere. The entire apartment operates on a strict monochromatic palette of whites, soft greys, and matte black accents. Handle-less kitchen cabinets feature push-to-open mechanisms, while the living room showcases a floating entertainment unit with concealed cable management. We integrated storage into every possible surface: the platform bed lifts to reveal seasonal storage, the entryway bench opens for shoe storage, and built-in shelving flanks the living room without protruding into the limited floor space. Strategic lighting design plays a crucial role in making the space feel larger and more dynamic. Recessed LED strips outline the ceiling perimeter, creating an ambient glow that lifts the visual height of the room. In the bedroom, wall-mounted reading lights eliminate the need for bedside tables, while the bathroom features backlit mirror panels that double as medicine cabinets. Every inch has been optimized without sacrificing the calm, minimalist aesthetic the owner envisioned.
